The Website and/or the App are individually and collectively referred to herein as the "Services".
We greatly respect your privacy, which is why we make every effort to provide a platform that meets recognized cybersecurity standards. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you may fully understand our practices regarding Personal Information. "Personal Information" means any information that can be used, alone or together with other information, to uniquely identify a living human being. Please note that this is a master privacy policy, and some of its provisions apply only to individuals in certain jurisdictions.
You are not legally obligated to provide us with Personal Information, and providing it is at your own free will. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by using the Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our collection, processing, and sharing of Personal Information for the purposes set forth herein.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will become effective ten (10) days after posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Website, and your continued use of the Services thereafter means that you accept those changes.
As the data controller, we have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through the Services. However, internet-based data transmissions may have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
2. Terms of Use and EULA
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use, available at https://neuro-pix.com/privacy-policy ("Terms"), and the App's End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which can be viewed from within the App and which you accept prior to downloading, installing, and/or using the App for the first time.
